  Canelloni Continued.

BESCIAMELLA SAUCE ............ 1...Melt butter over medium heat;stir in flour. 2... Add milk and cream and whisk until smooth 3... Simmer 3 minutes or until whisk is heavily coated. 4. Season with salt and pepper.

ASSEMBLY 1... Pour film of besciamella sauce over bottom of large glass baking dish. 2...Add cannelloni, seam side down. 3... Cover with besciamella followed by tomato sauce. 4... Sprinkle with cheese and dot with butter. 5 Bake uncovered, in middle of oven until bubbbly and cheese melts. 6... brown lightly under broiler.

FREEZING 1... This may be completely assembled and frozen. To serve: thaw, bring to room temperature and proceed with baking instructions. 2... All parts of this recipe may be frozen separately and assembled at a later date.
